§ 1. Interpretation

'User Regulations' - the rules herein detailed, governing the use of the LawOffices.EU Internet Service by the Service User.

LawOffices.EU Internet Service' - the Internet Service owned and managed by Infomila Ps. z o.o., accessible at: http://www.lawoffices.eu and which contains the LawOffices.EU Database.

'LawOffices.EU Database' - the database of persons and firms who/which professionally and in accordance with the required licence provide legal (advocate and legal adviser) or tax advice (tax adviser), execute notarial functions (notary public) or give advice on matters of industrial property (patent agent), made available via the Internet.

'Service User' - any person who accesses the LawOffices.EU database.

'User Registration' - the registration of the e-mail address of the Service User together with their User Code and Password in the LawOffices.EU Internet Service.

'User Account' - an administration panel available to the Service User after he/she has logged in and which enables them to create and administer their lists of contacts.

§ 2. Regulations

1. The LawOffices.EU Internet Service offers the Service User a free access to the information stored in the LawOffices.EU Database
2. The data stored in the LawOffices.EU Database is freely available - also to unregistered (anonymous) Service Users.
3. The LawOffices.EU Internet Service provides the Service User with:
   1. free access to the Search Engine in the LawOffices.EU Database
   2. opportunity to register in the Service - 'User Registration'
4. The User Registration is free of charge.
5. The Registration in the Service enables the Service User to:
   1. create their lists of contacts
   2. subscribe to LawOffices.EU Newsletter
6. The User Registration in the Service requires stating: the current e-mail address, user code, password and, after having received the message from the LawOffices.EU Internet Service, the confirmation of the User Registration made by clicking on the link found in the message.
7. Every Service User reserves the right to amend and/or withdraw their e-mail address.
8. All information about the Service Users is treated as confidential and therefore will not be made available to third parties.
